The Performance
The Bath Guitar School Band performed at the Bath International Music Festival’s Party in the City event in Parade Gardens, central Bath on Friday 28th May 2010. The band wowed the audience with their set of classic rock covers, and surprised many with a rocked up version of Lady Gaga’s ‘Poker Face’!!
There are confirmed reports that the band were soo loud that young children had been left literally clinging on for their lives at the front of the stage. One spectator exclaimed that their three year old daughter was knocked off her feet as the band began to perform.
Upon further inspection, the recording equipment was found to have irreparable damage due to the uncontrollable volume levels. One local resident was noted to have called the local police station when they felt a huge rumble and a power dropout as the band tore into their raucous rendition of the Undertones ‘Teenage Kicks’!
